Basic Position Objective Statement:The Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for developing, servicing and growing relationships with distributors for the Graham Medical business in North America and supporting the Senior Sales Account Managers to grow market share. Key Functional Competencies:Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience generating superior results.Excellent selling, presentation and follow up skills.Medical industry experience desired, experience with alternate care distributors and end users preferred.Computer Skills - Ability to work effectively with the Microsoft Office Suite which includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. This includes ability to regularly produce sales reporting documents that require manipulation in Excel, require sorting of data, creating formulas and formatting documents to create easy to read and printable reports, to correspond with their customers electronically and with written documents. Familiarity with Word is very important. While not on a daily basis, required to create and use PowerPoint presentations to educate their customers on Graham Professional Medical products and during corporate sales meetings.Time & Territory Management Skills - Graham Medical Sales Territories are multi-state territories and require wide-geography travel on a regular basis.
