Job Description What will I be doing? As a Call Transfer Team Lead, you would be responsible for taking over inbound calls from Vacation Advisors, closing sales, and helping them enhance their closing percentages and sales per hours (SPH). This position works hand in hand with Supervisors to help meet sales goals, training and reporting needs. The ideal candidate would also assist in the development of training programs for new hires, as well as existing staff members to increase production levels. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Take over phone calls from Vacation Advisors to enhance their close rate * Monitor agents and "call walk" to help set up takeovers in the call * Monitor agents for training purposes on closing, setup and objections/rebuttals * Use real time statistics to look for take over opportunities * Seek the direction and authorization of the Sr. Inbound Supervisor when needing an exception in closing a sale * Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with underperforming agents SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company. * Assists in the implementation of goals, plans and projects set forth * Facilitates programs and ideas to improve floor operations * Works closely with floor Supervisors Qualifications What are we looking for?
