The Director, Outbound Marketing is responsible for developing and leading the outbound marketing strategy for the Challenger Sales and Marketing and Effortless Customer Experience solutions. This individual leads a team of Business Development Associates and their leaders who are responsible for using targeted outbound sales and marketing efforts to capture attention of senior sales, marketing and customer service professionals, converting that attention to interest in having formal conversations with Challenger sales professionals, and scheduling these initial sales meetings.
